Hey There! Welcome back to the Geekery. My day job has slowed down since Christmas is over, so I should have time to do this stuff again! Aren't you excited? I know I am! I found some really nifty stuff including some really cool Science and Grammar art prints,  jewelery that might have your favorite real and fictional pop culture icons in silhouette form, and also wooden Adventure Time clocks that you have to see.



You'll know when it's Adventure Time with these awesome clocks. These are seriously pretty and look well made. They are made from wood, which is something I haven't seen too much of My favorites are Lumpy Space Princess and Ice King. They aren't just limited to Adventure Time. There are some Doctor Who ones and some super heroes as well.  All of these can be found in the Etsy store, alantronics!

Hey, You Should Play This: Adventure Minute

I know, long time no Hey, You Should Play This.  Honestly they're haven't been a lot of free indie game that have jump out at me lately, and also I've not had a whole lot of time to play them.  I guess that's the perfect segway into Adventure Minute the Adventure Time game played in one minute chunks!

The Pull List #6 - The Undiscovered Pull List [Review]

Did you know that, according to Wikipedia, The Adventures of Elmo in Grouchland is considered the sixth installment in The Muppets film franchise? Something about that seems wrong to me.

What does that have to do with this week's Pull List? Absolutely nothing.

Adventure Time Game for 3DS Offically Announced!

Although its been known for awhile that Adventure Time series creator Pendleton Ward has been working with awesome game developer Wayforward on a for-real Adventure Time game, there hasn't really been any official announcements of any kind or a game title or anything.  Well, now we have both.  The game has the (long and awkward, but appropriate) title Adventure Time: Hey Ice King! Why'd you steal our garbage!?  The Ice King has apparently stolen Finn and Jake's garbage in order to build a "garbage princess" that of course our two intrepid young heroes will have to rescue.  As for screens or any details other than the above box art, well, you're out of luck.  This is all the game's publisher D3 Publisher (publishers of such classic games like Ben 10: Galactic Racing and iCarly: Groovy Foodie) has released at this time.  A screenshot or just like, a paragraph describing the game's gameplay would be nice! If I were designing this game, I think I'd go for something very Zelda-like, but who knows what way Pen Ward and Wayforward will take it.  With a franchise like Adventure Time there's really no end to the video game opportunities.

Weekly Craft Geekery: 4/10/12

Hello! It's time again for another Weekly Craft Geekery! I have a good one for you today! I found some really cute Catwoman artwork, My Little Pony shotglasses, sweet Adventure Time Princess Bubblegum earrings, cool bugs, really neat ear-chomping chain chomp earrings, and a crochet Zoidberg hat!

Look at this cute Catwoman art print! It has a nice slightly goofy pin-up look to it.  I honestly had a hard time choosing which print to choose out of the artist's shop. She has a really cool, cute style. There is an awesome Poison Ivy, Power Girl, Zatanna, Batgirl and Batwoman prints too. I highly recommend looking at them. I will warn you, that her shop is a tiny bit NSFW. A couple of her illustrations have bare breasts. It's not graphic or anything. Just fair warning if your work is strict on that type of stuff, or you want to avoid an awkward moment. Anyways, I love this print. I love to look on her face, and her super curvy style.

Promo For Next Week's Adventure Time Might be the Cutest Thing Ever

I know we have been posting an awful lot about Adventure Time, but this promo for next week's episode, “Five Short Graybles” was too adorable not to share. Ever wonder what Beemo does when Finn and Jake aren't around? This clip has the answer. It is adorable and proves Beemo is the best.

Season Four of Adventure Time Premieres Tonight!

Season four starts tonight at 7:3o with a episode titled "Hot to the Touch." Flame princess returns and Finn and Jake set out to prove she's not evil.

If you missed the season three finale "Incendium", or just want to remind yourself how awesome she is, Cartoon Network is playing  it again at 7:15, so you might want to tune in early.

Adventure Time Full Season 1 DVD!

Finally instead of those DVDs like My Two Favorite People and It Came From The Nightosphere that only have a smattering of handpicked episodes, Cartoon Network has finally announced a release of the full first season of Adventure Time! On top of that they're promising a whole bunch special features, some shot by show creator Pendleton Ward with his own camera phone, and a ton of commentaries from both the creative team and voice actors. It sounds like a pretty awesome set, and it's cool of Cartoon Network to give adult fans something like this. Now give us a full box set of Batman the Brave and the Bold!

The Adventure Time Season 1 DVD box set comes out on 7/10/12 and is going to cost a pretty reasonable $26.95. I'll probably be picking one up!

Adventure Time Returns April 2nd! Mathematical!

Totally Rhombus! According to a press release from Cartoon Network, Emmy nominated Adventure Time will be returning for its 4th season on April 2nd! Love the fact that the gaps between seasons are so short, they are really pumping these things out!
